Our Turtle Biscotti starts with our proprietary dough mix of high quality flour organic butter, organic cage free eggs, and natural extracts. To our dough we add homemade caramel, chocolate chips, and crunchy roasted pecans. All of our biscotti are made by hand in small batches. The biscotti is baked in loaves, cut into smaller slices, baked again to make it more crispy so it can hold up to dunking in your favorite coffee, wine, or spirits. Then it is dipped in a luxurious rich and silky E. Guittard® 55% dark chocolate couverture and topped with more homemade caramel, a toasted pecan and drizzle of chocolate. The final product is a caramel pecan flavored biscotti that is soft enough to eat alone like a crisp cookie, yet firm enough to hold up to dunking.
